Will you continue to produce garments?

I will no longer be sewing garments, the items in my store are basically one of a kind and if you want to add to your Herzenberg Collection now is the time to do it.  When they’re gone, that’s it!

 

Will you be going to any craft shows soon?

Since all shows have been cancelled for this year and into next year, I have decided to create this new online store. I really miss seeing you in person but hope you will enjoy my online efforts!

 

When can I expect my order?

Since all items are in stock we ship as quickly as possible via USPS Priority mail which may take 1-3 days. You will be sent a tracking # when your order is on the way.

 

What is your return policy?

Items in original condition with tags, not worn, altered or washed can be exchanged for store credit within 10 days of receipt.

 

Can I buy just the Jacket or just the Scarf pictured?

Certain items pictured with matching scarves are sold as an ensemble and may not be separated.

 

Are the items shown what I can expect to receive?

Yes! Since all items are in stock, these are the exact items you will be purchasing. Please note that some screens on individual devices may alter the colors of the original items.

 

Do you still do alterations? Custom orders?

I will no longer be sewing garments or doing alterations. I’m hoping to create a new scarf collection which when ready will be added to my website, stay tuned.

 

How do I clean my garment?

Please note the individual cleaning instructions for each item. Use a reputable drycleaning establishment. Do not spot clean with harsh chemicals. Hand wash and rinse gently with mild soap. Roll in old towel to blot excess moisture, some dye may disperse, this is normal.  Lay flat to dry. Use padded hangers or fold.
